Wow, I took a much longer blogging break than originally planned. Now that we are well into the new year, things are finally slowing down and returning to normal so hopefully I'll have more time and energy to write.
I do have BIG news! I am happy to announce that we are expecting our 3rd little one! I am 14 weeks pregnant. We had an ultrasound last week and everything is looking perfect. The technician predicted that it is a boy baby. It is still a bit early to tell, so we will definitely be double checking at our 20 ultrasound, but for now we are referring to him as a he, and trying to find the perfect boy name. We are having a very hard time with a name this time around. Just can't seem to find something that we both love. If you have any suggestions, feel free to leave them in a comment.
Morning sickness is definitely the biggest reason I haven't blogged in so long. There for a while I was so sick and tired that every free moment I found, I spent lying on the couch, and when I wasn't lying on the couch, I was wishing I were. Thankfully I have started to feel better. Not perfect yet, but definitely better. Here is a picture of my little pregnant belly.
Megan and Kyle are just as full of energy as ever. Here are a couple of recent pictures.
A few weeks ago my MIL took Megan and I to see Disney Princesses on Ice. She even splurged on front row seats! We were literally a foot away from the ice! Megan LOVED it and was mesmerized the entire time. She still talks about seeing the princesses skating. And recently we were given free tickets to see Sesame Street Live. All 4 of us will be going to see that in a couple of months. I'm sure Megan will love that as well, not sure how will Kyle will do with it though. It's just a long time for a 2 year old to sit.
Well, that's about all of the exciting news that I can think of, and have time to share. Hopefully it is just the first of many such blogs in 2008!

Oh, how exciting!! Your baby bump looks wonderful - I'm so happy for y'all!
I've kept you in my google reader so that when you did post, I would know and be able to stop by and say hello. I hope the morning sickness passes soon. I am thankful I never experienced much of that.
Have a blessed day!
Yay! You're back!
Congrats Melissa; you look great! You know, I finally gave up on your blog YESTERDAY and deleted the link figuring you must have either started a new site or given up blogging entirely, and then here you are. LOL Thanks for commenting at my site so I'd know you're still around and I'll add you back into my favorites!! Welcome back!
PS I LOVE the names Aiden and James, but won't ever get a chance to use either because Dan says three kids are plenty for us! So I thought I'd toss them out there as ideas... LOL
